Brand strategy and design development for industry-leading sports supplement brands such as C4 Energy®, Cellucor®, and Xtend® has been a significant focus. In this role, I developed essential design components for various official collaborations with well-known brands, including Skittles® and Starburst® from Mars/Wrigley, Popsicle® from Good Humor-Breyers, WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.), Jolly Rancher® from Hershey, Onnit Alpha Brain®, the Austin FC Soccer Club, and the Wounded Warrior Project®. Additionally, I created and managed the entire design process for KO Moto Tech®'s official apparel line, overseeing everything from initial concept development to the final stages of print production.
SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER / SOUND DESIGNER
Passport Brand Design, Newport Beach, CA, `June 2015 – September 2020
Designed and developed a variety of key design strategies across an extensive array of marketing touchpoints for notable global brands such as Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, RJ Reynolds, Ducati, and Bilstein Shocks. My other involvement included crafting compelling copywriting, providing voiceover work for both audio and video production, and composing original music suitable for commercial usage. I wrote a range of copywriting materials for tradeshows, engaged in photography set design, and delivered voiceover performances for lifestyle productions and various tradeshows. Additionally, I created, performed, and produced custom music specifically tailored for television and radio spots.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Century Media Records (US Operations), Los Angeles, CA, June 2008 – June 2015
Managed a junior design team to effectively assist in the development of both printed magazine and digital advertisement campaigns, aimed at promoting new and upcoming releases. Created custom artwork for world-wide CD, DVD, and vinyl releases, ensuring each design resonated with the target audience. Additionally, designed limited-edition apparel, captivating tour posters, and other specialized merchandise that was available exclusively on tour. Encouraged and facilitated communication between bands and product managers, devising strategic plans for creative development, which ultimately led to increased merchandise sales and enhanced consumer engagement.
